Even if Büsingen is a part of Landkreis
Konstanz in Bundesland Baden-Württemberg – and therefore
should have had car plates beginning with the letters KN –
Büsingen has of customs reasons got their own serial. Only a few
hundred BÜS-plates are issued, most with the letter A (as this car
plate) and a few with the letter Z.
