BYLVRU Map

The present trifinium is located in the junction
of Zilupe River
and Neverica River . At least since 1959 the Soviet republics'
boundaries were merging 99 metres more north into a symbolic trifinium hill, the
Friendship Hill. Visitors from Byelorussia and Russia were welcome to the
monument by
entering each republic's small bridge over Zilupe River.
Today both bridges meanwhile have become international and are only used for border officials.
