As you cross the Sami Bridge from Norway back into Finland, pedestrians and cyclists are informed in both languages that they have to cross to the customs office on the other side. (Although you don't have to go in.) Utsjoki county is the only county in Finland where the Sami are in the majority, yet there is no equivalent Sami sign.
